This AGREEMENT between, You, (Client) and Inner Compass Coach, LLC (ICC) will begin today and will continue for eight (8) sessions.
The services to be provided by ICC are defined as group coaching, a joint venture between the facilitator and all group members, that is designed to be thought-provoking and creative, inspiring them to maximize their personal and professional potential. ICC recognizes the Client as the expert in his or her life and work, and believes every client is creative, motivated and resourceful.
It is ICC’s objective to help the Client uncover their core motivations, pinpoint their talents and transferable skills, identify potential career paths, and create a strategic plan. Services DO NOT include job search strategy and placement- such as job applications, cover letters, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Sessions one through eight: 75-minutes each.
- Email support in-between meetings for the purpose of answering questions regarding the process and providing guidance on action steps.
- All course materials which include videos and a workbook.
- Additional one-hour coaching sessions can be purchased for a discounted price of $216.50.
The total fee for the eight (8) sessions is $ 897.00. The amount can be paid in full or two monthly installments of $449.00.
All eight sessions will be scheduled in advance. The payment schedule is as follows: The first installment is upon registration. The second installment is due one month after the initial installment. The Client authorizes ICC to charge their credit card on file according to the installment plan.
If payment is not received by the due date, services will be suspended. Services will resume once payment has been received.
The Client will commit to one installment, or four sessions, at a time.
No refunds will be provided.
ICC accepts credit cards through PayPal. Meetings are held over Zoom (an online meeting platform).
If the Client needs to miss a scheduled group session, ICC will post the recording on Kajabi (an online membership platform).
The Client and ICC agree to provide one another with immediate notice if either party desires to discontinue services.
Coaching packages expire 120 days after purchase.
Although Danielle Roessle, owner of ICC and coach, is a registered Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in clinical counseling in the State of Colorado, she does not engage in therapy with clients. In entering into the coaching relationship, and signing the agreement, you are agreeing that if any mental health difficulties arise during the coaching relationship, you will notify ICC immediately so that they can discuss with you an appropriate referral.
It is the Client’s responsibility to complete assignments and as they are in control of their own actions and outcomes. No promises can be made as the result of working together. If the Client does not complete assignments in-between sessions, additional sessions may be required and billed separately.
ICC in the business of developing proprietary intellectual property and using that intellectual property in a variety of ways to assist clients in their professional development. ICC retains full ownership and title of Intellectual Property. All materials including handouts, information or property of ICC, and any use of this information outside of coaching sessions is expressly prohibited, with the exception of personal use by the individual client.
Group coaching is designed to offer participants (“Participants”) a safe and comfortable setting in which to share career and personal information, some of which may be confidential. Participants collaborate, acquire knowledge, share information, and offer guidance to help one another.
While ICC, or its employees, will not share any information, and will request that all group coaching participants maintain the confidentiality of information, ICC cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any information disclosed during group sessions. Client(s) and group coaching Participants could disclose Confidential Information including, but not limited to, career, business, industry, products, services and personal. As such, Client should not share any information (i.e. trade secret or intellectual property) that would greatly harm Client, or Client’s employer/business interests, if disclosed.
Client agrees to maintain all Confidential Information of other Participants in strict confidence and not to disclose or use it, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever, without first getting written consent from the disclosing Participant.
It is further agreed by signing this agreement, Client agrees to hold ICC and its coaches, employees, agents, representatives, successors, etc. from all losses, claims, liabilities, causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of their participation in these coaching sessions.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you consent to this agreement.
