MEET DANIELLE ROESSLE

Founder and Expert Career Coach

Back in 2011, when working as a career counselor for high school students, I realized that I didn't feel fulfilled in my career.

I began the journey of looking for my life's purpose and career calling through participating in workshops and psychology trainings.

During one of these workshops, I confronted my experience of being bullied as a child and I found that the answers to a fulfilling career had been inside of me all along, hiding in my childhood memories.

Because of being bullied, I desire deep connection. One of my innate gifts is that I’m a gifted connector, helping individuals connect with themselves and one another. I'm also highly creative, facilitating unique experiences for individuals to find clarity and career direction.

I left my school counseling job to start my business in 2014, and have helped hundreds of clients find career fulfillment by exploring their childhood memories.

Childhood memories are the doorway to understanding your inner compass— what comes naturally to you in your career, what motivates you deeply, and the impact you want to make through your career.

My hope for you is that by working with Inner Compass Coach and exploring your childhood memories, you have a transformative experience and find more personal and professional fulfillment.

MEET HUNTER DICKSON

Career Coach Specializing in Young and Mid-Career Professionals

I love solving puzzles. Flipping over each piece, and figuring out where they all go; I even do an escape room each year for my birthday because the thrill of riddles brings me so much joy.

I am a Career Coach because trying to find a job that propels someone out of bed in the morning is ONE OF LIFE'S ULTIMATE PUZZLES, and it’s one I love working together with each client in solving.

I believe everyone’s life is a unique puzzle, and at 18 when I discovered I had ADHD, I knew my puzzle was going to look a little different.

While I spent years learning how to thrive within an academic environment, I was at a complete loss as to how to approach finding a career that I both enjoyed and would fit with who I was and how my brain worked.

And then I found Danielle and the Inner Compass Process. She changed my life by working with me tirelessly in discovering new my natural solving abilities.

At the end of our time together, I realized that, as fate would have it, I wanted to do exactly what Danielle does and become a career coach.

Now as a graduate student at one of the best master’s programs in the country for career development, and taking a position with Inner Compass Coach, I have never felt so confident about my choices in life as I do now.

I know what it feels like to be completely lost when looking at the future. I know what it feels like to not fit in, or assume that I could never be truly happy in any career. However, now I am determined to spend my life helping others like me find hope in their career, just like Danielle and the Inner Compass Process helped me.
