When it comes to managing work and life, rarely do any of them teach the tools to help their clients become their own therapist, coach, or strategist. I believe this has to change, and the goal of the worklife program is to teach these tools.

Meet Your Mentor, Danielle Roessle

Back in August 2020, my beloved mentor Kathleen Ammalee Rogers, unexpectedly died.

I was devastated — she had been my therapist, coach, and consultant for four years.

In many ways, I felt like I didn't know what to do because my biggest resource for processing all the happenings in my life was gone.

Her passing made me reflect — I often wish most personal and professional development programs focused on giving the tools, not just providing an insight in the moment that's hard to put into future action (although insight has its purpose as well) — I want to provide both.

As a trained therapist and career development professional, there are many tools that I've learned from various trainings that I believe don't require a counseling degree or coaching certification to learn them. Leaders and business owners can also learn these tools to effectively process their work-life issues, and it is my purpose to teach them.

Does this program replace the need to work with other helping professionals, such as a therapist? No. But it focuses on teaching tools you can integrate to better your worklife.
