Burnout is real! Not only do you have to pay attention to what you're doing, you have to pay attention to how much you're doing it.
One of my top skills career coaching. I really love doing it, but only to a point. It's amazing how if I spend 1-3 hours a day career coaching, I'm golden. If I go over that threshold, I quickly burn out.
What about you? If you pay attention, what are your burnout skills? Also what are those skills where if you overuse them, they become burnout skills?
