Finding clarity and focus for the workweek

I used to wake up every morning and try mindfulness meditation before I started my day. It didn’t work for me — my monkey brain would want to give me a lot of information.


I know I’m not alone in the struggle to practice mindfulness meditation. The good news is there are many tools to help feel calm, clarity and self-connection, besides mindfulness meditation.


In this video, I share more about a self-connection exercise I like to use to help me find clarity and focus for the workweek. I hope it's a tool that can serve you as well.
