Inner Compass Community FAQs

The Inner Compass Community first class is less than two weeks, and you might have some questions for me, so I better schedule the robots to send you over some FAQs!

✧ What's Inner Compass Community again?

A group coaching program for mid-career professionals, executive leaders, and business owners who want to reignite the fire within by using childhood memories — and identify more fulfilling careers or business opportunities through the support of coach-led community

✧ I haven’t heard about this…have you run this before?

We’ve run groups before, but not in this format. With layoffs in the tech market and economic uncertainty, I wanted to put together an accessible, affordable offer for career changers, aspiring entrepreneurs, and business owners on making a more meaningful transition.

✧ How do I know it’s right for me?

If you want to pursue the Inner Compass Process at your own pace, but have coach-lead content and accountability classes on career and business change, while being connected to likeminded reflective, introspective, and curious professional…this is for you!

✧ Why do I have to commit to 6 months?

Because the results will be much better than if this was a month-to-month membership.

While the online course typically takes 3 months to complete, the time to network into a new position and make a successful transition is usually 6 months for mid-career professionals, 6-9 months for senior to principal leaders, and 12 months for executive leaders. We want you to have results!

✧Where is the sales page + what’s the price?

This includes two classes a month for career changers, two classes a month for business owners, and two classes a month to support with mindset and wellbeing.

✧Do you offer any scholarships?

We do! If you have a financial need and come from a further marginalized background, please hit reply and I’ll get back to you on April 1st or 2nd with anything we can do!

✧ When are all the classes happening?

➜Classes to change or pivot your career are held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 7:15 PM- 8:30 PM EST

➜ Classes to start or realign your business are held the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 7:15-8:30 PM EST and 4th Tuesday of the month from 12-1:15 PM EST

➜Classes to teach you the tools to improve your mental health and to foster better work-life alignment as you navigate transition are held the first and third Sunday of the month from 8-9 PM EST (please note we will be changing the dates/times in May as we transition into summer)

We'll also be adding additional classes to the calendar such as Master Storytelling for Job Interviews and monthly job search and business planning as we assess the needs of the community.

✧ When does it start - and when does registration end?

We start classes on April 12th and registration will be on an ongoing basis.

✧I'm not sure if the timing works for me right now. Can I join when I'm ready?

We will continue to keep the doors open to the Community and would love to have you when the timing is right. We cannot guarantee that the pricing or the dates/times of classes will stay the same, but reach out to us and we'll send you the most updated information.
